Hey, I’m Meaghan.

I used to think that taking care of myself had to take tons of time + effort to feel amazing. 

I practiced yoga and meditation (albeit not consistently), read all the books, went to the workshops...ya know...did all the things, or so I thought. I honestly thought I was primed to rock motherhood with the amount of knowledge I had in my brain.

It turned out motherhood rocked me.

I got humbled. I was freaking tired. I was depleted. I was stressed. As it turned it out...all the knowledge in my head didn’t create the transformation I desired. Just because I knew I should be doing it, didn’t get me to actually doing it. 

As a mother I needed a different set of rules + a new strategy.

I needed something that was going to fit the lifestyle of a busy mother, woman and business owner. I needed practical and applicable habits that worked for my real life. 

That’s why I created the 8 Core Habits in theVibrant Living Course.

It is based on 20 years of practice and study in yoga, Ayurveda, the neuro-science of how we change and, of course, being a mother. Over the last few years teaching this course, I have learned which habits are absolutely integral to achieving increased energy, feeling stronger and lighter in your body AND becoming a more patient, present and loving mother without adding more to your “to do” list.
